Dear Patients,

We hope this letter finds you well, although we have some tough news to tell you about.

Starting January 1, 2023, we will no longer be able to accept United Healthcare or UMR.

United Health Care has decided to make us jump through several steps in order provide necessary treatment, even though we may call for preauthorization and provide that reference number, we get a denial and must fight nearly every claim for basic service as well as complex claims.

We truly care about your well being and are not dropping you as a patient, we are just unable to keep these insurance carriers.

As an existing patient (3-year blocks), we can still see you at the market rate as a cash pay, and we can always provide quotes for services ahead of visits for your common treatments such as visits, x rays, injections, and the like.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly and do apologize for this inconvenience.
